Instead of blindly recommending products, the consultant conducted a one-on-one video conference to carefully inquire about the regions covered by his distribution network (Germany, Poland, etc.), the site size of terminal stores, the usage habits of local customers, as well as his brand’s OEM requirements, packaging specifications and all documents required for customs declaration. Addressing Mr. Lucas’ biggest concerns about compliance and quality, we took the initiative to propose: we could first arrange a full English video factory inspection to intuitively show the production process, quality control and CE certification-related testing links; later, he could make an appointment to visit the factory in person to witness the entire product production process, completely eliminating his concerns. On the 3rd day after the video factory inspection, Mr. Lucas led his technical team (2 people) to arrive at our factory from Germany for on-site factory inspection. We arranged a foreign trade consultant + engineer to accompany them throughout, providing English explanation services. During the on-site factory inspection, we first took Mr. Lucas to review the production process, allowing his technical team to personally touch the steel thickness, check the welding process, watch the full-load test of the car lift on site, and intuitively feel the stability and safety of the equipment. In response to the ODM OEM demand, we on-site showed the sample of OEM production, detailed the printing process and position selection of the brand logo, confirmed the size, color and printing requirements of Mr. Lucas’ brand logo, promised to strictly implement it in accordance with his standards without any extra logos. At the same time, we took them to visit the accessories warehouse and after-sales center, showed the reserve of vulnerable parts and the after-sales response process, and clearly informed him of the after-sales guarantee of “24-hour English technical support, 48-hour delivery of vulnerable parts, and full assistance with customs clearance documents”. In addition, according to the size of the terminal stores in his distribution network, we further optimized the site layout plan and adjusted the installation details of the car lift to ensure that it is suitable for the space characteristics of small and medium-sized auto repair shops in Europe. After the on-site factory inspection, Mr. Lucas and his technical team had no objections to the product quality, OEM process and after-sales guarantee, and immediately finalized the core details of the cooperation, agreeing on the follow-up docking of program confirmation and contract signing.
